This division of the agency is for those with a great look, confidence and flexibility in their work committments. Commercials are a great way to get a start in our industry, make some extra money and, if you have aspirations to become an actor, build the resume and level of experience required.
For this division we are seeking the following "looks"; mums and dads, businesspeople, grandparents and retirees, truckies, farmers, students, trendy teens and fresh young faces. This division is for those 14 and above. For under 14 year old please go to our Kids division.
We do not accept everyone who applies to register with us and will only offer to represent you if we feel you have a reasonable chance of success. However please note that you do need to provide us with the tools to represent you. It is unlikely that you will walk off the street to success in this industry. If accepted for representation by us you will need
- Good clear photos. Professional photos with a reputable photographer will cost you betwen $40 and $120
- To attend workshops depending on your level of experience.
- To subscribe to an online casting service for the day to day management of your profile online by you and us. This subscription will cost you $130 per year or $12,50 per month and enables approved casting professionals and directors to view your profile (photos and resume) online, instantly and from anywhere. It also enables you to manage and update your information and photos at any time and us to manage your audition and work bookings efficiently.
NB The casting service is password protected and heavily protected against hackers so no one who is not authorised by us will be able to view your profile.

Photo
The photo you submit is important as 90% of our assessment will be based on it. The casting directors will assess you on your ability to project your personality through a photo (without pulling faces) before agreeing to audition you. While commercial talent require the right "look" they also require confidence and a great outgoing personality. This must be reflected in your eyes in any photo we submit to them. For this reason we use the same assessment process when deciding who to accept for representation.
One (and only one please) head and shoulder photo of you smiling and looking at the camera - a snapshot is fine - you do not need a professional photo at this stage. Please do not send us a photo of you with a group of friends - you should be the only person in the photo. We need a smiley shot of you looking at the camera. We need to see clearly what you look like - face and eye shape and your teeth, Please do not pull faces, tilt your head or have your arms up in the air. We do not accept photos of people in hats or sunglasses.
